No Limits is aimed at young people with severe learning difficulties and severe behavioural, emotional and social difficulties. It provides a personalised learning programme delivered in the young person’s own community. The project was developed by North Oxfordshire County Council with MacIntyre, a charity who provide care and education services for children and adults with a learning disability.
